A weathered split-rail fence curves through lush green valley grass in the foreground of this fine art photograph by Tamara Gooch, leading the eye toward the jagged, snow-streaked peaks of the Grand Teton Range in the distance. Evening light streaks the sky in pink and gold above the mountains while heavy cloud gathers along the ridgeline, softening the transition between land and sky. The vivid green of the valley floor, still fresh with the moisture of early summer, contrasts against the muted grey-blue of the distant peaks, giving the composition depth without losing the intimacy of the fence line itself.
