The Lusitano is one of the oldest and most noble of all horse breeds — developed on the Iberian Peninsula over thousands of years into an animal of extraordinary power, agility, and presence. This stallion lunges forward through a cloud of Arizona dust, mane streaming behind him, legs driving with a force that sends the earth flying. Rendered in black and white, the image becomes pure drama — the pale coat almost luminous against the swirling dust, the musculature of the neck and shoulder caught in a moment of absolute physical commitment.
